Shiloh Lodge #327
March 2000 Trestleboard
From the East
Grand Lodge of Nebraska was held in Kearney on February 3-5th and the newly installed Grand Master Mr. James F. Brown Jr. has great visions for Masonry in Nebraska this year.
One area he wants to focus on is Masonic Education. The Education Committee of the Grand Lodge of Nebraska will Sponsor a Masonic Education Symposium in various locations throughout Nebraska on March 28th. The Omaha location is the West Omaha Temple at 2424 S 135th Street at 7:00pm. All Masons are invited and no reservations are required. This is a great time to take newly installed brothers for a great night of fascinating Masonic history.
I am happy to report a great turnout of 24 people for the sweetheart dinner and 10 brothers from Shiloh were at Grand Lodge this year. Great effort brothers!
See you in Lodge.
Fraternally yours,
Rick Benson
